Dima Iyas .
Ms. Dima Ayass holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from Saint Joseph University. She completed a series of supervised clinical trainings in hospitals and care centers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. After graduation, she worked with the Institute for Development, Research, Advocacy and Applied Care (IDRAAC) to raise awareness about the importance of mental health in Lebanon. In Jeddah, she supported students with learning difficulties and developmental disorders, and worked as a psychologist at both the American and French schools. She recently completed training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), which focuses on training the brain to stay positive and reduce stress—particularly in cases of depression and anxiety. Dima delivers workshops and training sessions for professionals, parents, and students in schools and community centers. She also provides individual counseling as a psychotherapist for adults seeking guidance in their lives. Additionally, she has a special focus on parenting, supporting parents in navigating challenges with young children and teenagers during times of crisis. read more
