Hakini goal

Our goal is to find a reliable reference for anyone who needs help improving their mental life.

Some definitions of counseling overlap with psychotherapy (particularly client-centered approaches). Counseling may refer to mental counseling to solve everyday problems in specific areas, usually for short periods, with less emphasis on the medical aspect, while physical therapy refers to the use of physical methods. As therapy, social therapy refers to the use of a persons social environment to effect therapeutic change. Psychotherapy, in turn, may lead to spirituality as part of mental life, and some mental treatments are formulated from spiritual philosophies, but practices based on spiritual therapy as a separate and independent dimension are not necessarily considered mental treatment.
