Dr. Ansam has professional and academic experience in mental health, family counseling, and psychotherapy. She works with individuals and families, providing psychological support and therapy to help them better understand their challenges and address them with greater awareness and effectiveness.

In her practice, she uses a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, most notably Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She provides psychological support and interventions for various concerns, including anxiety and panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, psychological trauma, family and marital issues, adjustment difficulties, stress, and emotional and behavioral challenges.

She also works with children and adolescents facing behavioral challenges, such as difficulties with studying, screaming and defiance, not responding to parental guidance, staying out late, smoking, and other issues that may affect family life.

Dr. Ansam believes that seeking psychological help is not a sign of weakness, but rather a courageous step toward self-understanding, restoring balance, and building a healthier and more fulfilling life. Her goal is to support you throughout your therapeutic journey by providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space.
